You can claim:

Comes with an adjustable, padded shoulder strap and padded handle
But without seeing actual dimensions on the bag, I am not going to waste my time and money buying this bag. Is the interior padded? How many exterior pockets? Etc. etc. The bag might be FANTASTIC, but I’m not taking a chance. You are only hurting yourself by not giving more information.
